1. Who we are
AdGenius provides tools for advertising agencies to manage ad accounts, creative, and performance data across connected platforms such as Meta and Google. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" refer to AdGenius.
2. Information we collect
- Account data: name, email, workspace, and authentication identifiers you provide when signing up.
- Connected platform data: when you connect a Meta, Google, Shopify, or similar account, we receive ad account IDs, campaign metadata, performance metrics, and access tokens scoped to the permissions you grant.
- Content you provide: creative assets, campaign briefs, prompts, and notes you upload into the Service.
- Usage data: pages visited, actions taken, device/browser info, and log data used to operate and improve the Service.
3. How we use information
- Provide and maintain the Service, including syncing campaigns and reporting metrics.
- Authenticate users and secure accounts.
- Improve product features, debug issues, and monitor performance.
- Communicate service updates and, only where you have opted in, marketing.
4. Meta Platform data
When you connect a Meta account, we request only the permissions needed to operate the features you use (for example,
ads_management, ads_read, business_management). Meta access tokens are stored encrypted and used solely to read and manage ad data on your behalf. You can revoke access at any time from your Meta account settings or from within AdGenius.5. Sharing and subprocessors
We share information only with vendors that help us run the Service, under written data-protection terms. Categories include cloud hosting, database and authentication providers, email delivery, and error monitoring. We do not share personal information with third parties for their own marketing.
6. Data retention
We retain account and workspace data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by emailing admin@spintadigital.com. Aggregated or anonymized data that cannot identify you may be retained.
7. Security
We use industry-standard measures including transport encryption (HTTPS), encryption at rest for tokens and credentials, role-based access controls, and audit logging. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Contact us at admin@spintadigital.com to exercise these rights.
9. Data deletion requests
To request deletion of data associated with your account, or of data obtained through a connected Meta account, email admin@spintadigital.com with the subject line "Data Deletion". We will confirm and complete the request within 30 days.
10. Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and understand how the Service is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect functionality.
11. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
12. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
